30 Seconds to Mars is a rockband hailing from Los Angeles, CA. Created in 1998, 30 Seconds to Mars currently consists of the following members: Jared Leto(Vocals, Guitar) Shannon Leto(Drums) (Lead Guitar) (Bass) left the band before the production of A Beautiful Lie, but is subsequently credited for his work touring with the band after the release of their debut self titled album 30 Seconds to Mars. was previously the bass player post-debut. At the March 1st 2007 Taste Of Chaos date, in El Paso, Texas, he announced that he was leaving the band to spend more time with his family. This was later confirmed by Virgin and the band's official website.
